Warranty

B Snug Inc stands behind the quality of its products. All our products have a 12-month warranty against manufacturer’s defects. No warranty is expressed or implied regarding damage resulting from, but not limited to, alterations, consumer misuse or neglect, wear & tear, or for any consequential damages arising out of the use of our products.

 

If you have a defective product, please contact us and provide your order number/original receipt, contact details, a description of the defect along with a picture. B Snug Inc reserves the right to inspect all defective items in order to ensure the defect is indeed down to a manufacturing defect.

If you have purchased one of our products from another retailer, please contact them directly. Our warranty is null and void if purchased from a non-authorized seller. We do not authorise 3^rd party sellers on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, BuyBuyBaby, etc - and therefore our warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from Amazon, Walmart, etc.
